In der aktuellen Ausgabe des Innovations-Forums habe ich einen Artikel mit dem Titel
Deutschland braucht eine gelebte Innovationskultur!
veröffentlicht.
Der wesentliche Handlungsbedarf, den der DABEI-Innovationsklima-Index 2011 für Deutschland ermittelt hat, liegt bei der Innovationskultur. Verschiedene andere aktuelle Studien legen ebenfalls den Schluss nahe, dass Kreativität in Deutschland oft als Störfaktor empfunden wird. Ich plädiere daher in dem Artikel für eine gelebte Innovationskultur, die Bekenntnis zu Neuem, Offenheit für Neues, Mut zu Neuem und Leidenschaft für Neues vereint. Damit Kreativität in Deutschland vom Störfaktor zum Erfolgsfaktor wird!
